Holepunch founder (?), Paolo (of Tether / Bitfinex), has said Holepunch and Keet will be open sourced and the source code will be released in December.

Some of the components are already open source, you can begin there if you'ld like.
Note that most of building blocks are open source already (hypercore, ...). In december we'll release it in a more organized way.
