Thinking the same thing. Government is the only institution that doesn't think about stuff like that.
When it fails more money is always the answer. When private institutions fail failure results in change or death.

Honestly since the 90 day extension was built in the ramp up ramp down didn't cost the US government anything. I'm not sure how a meeting costs a dime since they have to come to us and we are already at work…
