Going to the gym and meeting the guys in their low to mid 20s. I'm 43 and so many references I made went right over their head. Oh yea, did I mention Fight club is 25 years old? What the fuck?

movies are a weird one, becuase i'll sometimes think 'ah yes, the matrix, that was that long ago', and then check and be like, oh, it was 25 years ago.
like when someone says they were born in 2005, my initial reaction is, oh, you are like 7 years old, despite them literally 20 years old
