I will renovate my home this year.

So many decisions! Like I have assumed that we were just gonna use Nippon Paint, but the interior designer brought up Benjamin Moore (which I am totally clueless about). So, must do research and weigh the pros and cons and ponder cost efficiency.

What’s one tip you have for me, based on your lived experience? It’s scary that I don’t know what I don’t know (yet).

No, I didn’t renovate my place when I moved in. You can read all about it if you are keen to know about my WHY. Basically, my flat is now a fire hazard.

renovating house = wasting money = you are short bitcoin

People still do not understand that "stacking sats" it means "do not spend money on useless / not urgent things". Especially for those that ignored Bitcoin for the last 15 years.

My wife was more annoyed than I was. I can see hou couples get into fights over home improvement. I'm not good at that stuff anyhow, so for bigger projects I always just hire someone. It's not worth the headache.

Thankfully my wife understands that nothing comes of cold storage after it goes in for at least 20 years.

By then, hopefully I'll never need to use fiat again.

If in your mind is only "goes to moon" then that hope will never happen. The whole idea of Bitcoin is to replace fiat.
