No shit, I'm serious this time. I've Bitcoin that I think less than 1% people in the world have.
It's been 15 years and >1% adoption for the greatest economic innovation in history!
Certainly not very encouraging?
But we're so early, only our children, or may be their children gonna witness the Bitcoin Standard.
Or, we're at the midpoint? The shift to the Bitcoin Standard will be sudden and rapid?
So, what do you think/guess/know?
Wen Bitcoin Standard?

There are several possible interpretations of what this could mean and they have very different likely timelines. Here a few:
  1. When will you be able to generally find the goods or services you're looking for available for bitcoin, regardless of where you are?
  2. When will almost everyone do most of their business in bitcoin?
  3. When will currencies other than bitcoin be almost nonexistent and accepted by almost no one?

I'm asking for the first two? Especially for the first one.

It'll be faster if dollar becomes more like Rial.

After 2050

And before?
After 2050 will be a little late from my personal pov.

2050 is only 25 years away. I expect Bitcoin will be the premier reserve asset by then but I don't think the world will be on a bitcoin standard. Could be wrong.

I only want that I should be able to buy and sell in Bitcoin wherever I'm without restrictions.
For India, it's too far. I looked at the Bitcoin lightning map the other day and couldn't find a single point in all of South East Asia.

This is my point. It will take many years for all to adopt. It took 70 years for the existing fiat infrastructure we have to be built out. Now I think things can move faster with Bitcoin because we have the internet and mobile and it is global but still will take decades.

When we were kids we could exchange things for grains in our villages here. I remember it was very much prevalent till 2000 - 2005.
This is a great point to tell someone who asks why it's so early for Bitcoin when it's already 15 years. If fiat took 70 years, we should at least give 30-40 years to Bitcoin.

buy and sell bitcoin
Fiat mindset. What do you expect from a fucking shitcoiner?

I think it'll be a continuous process and at some point most people will be using BTC and fiat simultaneously, and finally the former will end up replacing the latter, probably sometime during the second halve of the century.

LOL shitcoiner asking again stupid questions.
