In the morning. Wake up at 5-6 am, put on your gym clothes, and move that body.
No excuses, everyone can do this.
Of course, at first it is hard, and your mind creates a lot of reasons for not doing it.
After your morning exercise, a cold shower and you are ready to take breakfast and start your day as usual.
After a few weeks doing it, during the day, you'll feel that you can focus better, and also learn faster. And, at night, you'll feel with a lot of energy contrary of what you might think.
I've been doing this for a month now, and I've lost all the fat, starting to see my muscles getting harder. I don't care bout my weight. Also, I can do more things during the day, so I really feel that I did something useful each day.
