I know he is using a KPI kind of scoreboard for his targets. The problem is that he is trying to apply these methods to a whole economy and not just a project or a business. He was an ijit then and he is trying to be an ijit now. I have to agree though, he is lame at a lot of points. Ijit!

He is, indeed, entertaining! I just wish he would try to quit peeing on everything and calling it his. He might regret that habit later when the chickens come home to roost. He is acting just like my tomcat.

I have never seen it. Oh, wait, I think I did see it once. When he was much younger a much larger tomcat beat the snot out of him and left him bleeding. He showed signs of regret then and actually stayed in the house for a few days.
