hm... I'm not sure. Plenty of gin (freakin Brits!) which I don't like, and the Scandis are big fans of vodka/schnaps, which I find pretty dull

the craft beer scene is insane. But again, don't like.
The 3 Swedish whiskey distilleries I know of are interesting and do goo work, but they pale compared to the Scottish legends

Craft beer scene exploded in my area, too.
Maybe the Swedish whiskeys just need more time, look at japan.
They did well after all these years, finding their own flavor.
