Check out the link above to follow Bitcoin laws by state. It keeps updating and looks better by the day. What do you think it will look like by the end of the year?

Doesn't really look to me like "Bitcoin laws by state". More like "Strategic Bitcoin reserve by state", which bears little relevance and people are overly obsessed over it.
Far, far more important aspects of law are:
- Is self-custody of Bitcoin blessed or persecuted?
- Has capital gains tax been abolished on Bitcoin (which comes with recognizing it as money)?
- Does the state try to force KYC & AML around Bitcoin payments, or does it respect the privacy and treat it like cash?

Bullshit crap. Bitcoin doesn't need any law, approval or regulation by any bullshit political group. Those so called laws are total garbage.
IT'S PERMISSIONLESS, BORDERLESS ... REMEMBER?
Maybe I should post more often the Bitcoin commandments...

I know I know, but for people not wanting n the weeds like us if they see this it helps adoption. The fact that my states pension fund has the etf helped me convince my mom to get Bitcoin exposure. Not ideal but a start
