Meditation
I learned about this activity a long time ago, when I started I was quite skeptical about whether or not the technique worked.
My ignorance simply did not allow me to see the benefits of something I was completely unaware of (today, that sounds very similar to the BITCOIN situation).
Just like Bitcoin, I learned about this from a friend. At that time when he recommended meditation to me, I did not study it or put it into practice immediately (same as the Bitcoin code).
Some time later, watching a video about the subject. I hear them say the following.
Most people think that meditating is easy and that you do nothing while sitting still, and although staying still is difficult "the hardest thing is to silence your mind."
That immediately caught my attention, and I didn't just stay there, on the side of doubt and uncertainty. No, so I decided to check it out.
Coming across a totally new rabbit hole in my life, honestly achieving disconnection or that moment of peace when you finally manage to silence your mind for an instant is something very, very difficult to achieve.
However, with constant work you can achieve it.
In my first months trying to learn to feel comfortable with the sitting posture for more than 10 min and climbing in longer times, or trying not to get distracted during those moments of breathing.
I found a small book by accident in a WhatsApp group I belonged to. Where they sent books ๐ mangas, movies, videos among others.
In this book I found the basic technique necessary to master concentration while doing my practice in the mornings or at night.
The book describes the technique as a cycle of 4, 4 slow and deep breaths. (Does something similar sound like a 4-part cycle? Every 4 years the BITCOIN cycle is reset through the halving)
The 4-breath technique allows you to stay focused, and not as concentrated as when trying to keep track of more numbers, since the focus of meditation is to achieve disconnection with the environment while you are awake. And seeking to silence ๐คซ your mind in order to achieve the goal to the maximum.
Adopting meditation in your daily life is just as beneficial as adopting the Bitcoin pattern, this leads you to constant work that will help you optimize your life.
In my particular case today I could not imagine my life without these two powerful tools at my disposal "Meditation & Bitcoin"
