That just goes to show you that the regulations and laws are nothing more than interference in and hampering the economy. I think they are smart to avoid being a state and accepting all the BS that comes with it.

The only real benefit to statehood, that I'm aware of, is that you might get a representative who manages to funnel more money than average into your local economy. It's a really bad deal.

Not only funnel money into the local economy, but funnel tons of money into their own pockets and the pockets of their families and cronies. Just look at what is being exposed in the Senate and about Bi-Den. It is unbelievable. I just wonder what they will find out about the missing money from Ukraine!! That is a whopping lot of cash to up and disappear into thin air. I wonder if Kamala burned most of it up in her electorial escapades.
