You mean phoenixd (the server) NOT the Phoenix mobile wallet. Are two different things, but using the same LSP and LN implementation.
- Install https://phoenix.acinq.co/server on any PC
- get the login information
- link to SN account.
Done.
Optional you can use Alby Hub with that phoenixd server and then connect through NWC from Alby Hub (also hosted on your own hardware).

You can’t attach Phoenix (the mobile wallet) to SN for sending since they don’t provide any API. However, Phoenix supports BOLT12 for receiving which we will support soon.

I don't think Phoenix allow you to open a channel to another node. You need to open up the channel to Acinq.
Maybe it's possbile on Phoenixd, but that's not a ~bitcoin_beginners wallet.
