You mean phoenixd (the server) NOT the Phoenix mobile wallet. Are two different things, but using the same LSP and LN implementation.
  1. Install https://phoenix.acinq.co/server on any PC
  2. get the login information
  3. link to SN account.
Done. Optional you can use Alby Hub with that phoenixd server and then connect through NWC from Alby Hub (also hosted on your own hardware). More documentation about phoenixd here:
