I am building a solution for emitting, sending, and redeeming vouchers. It'll run on nostr and cashu.
I've completed NIP 60 (the wallet backend), and added NUT-10/11 support to my cashu implementation. NIP 61 support (for sending and receiving tokens) is next on my list.
Right now, minting, melting, and swapping of tokens only works with lightning (phoenix). I wanted so badly to add strike support, but they weren't interested. I'll add credit card, and mobile money support later.
I'm doing this in my spare time, hoping to complete by the summer. It keeps me busy and occupied, and I am enjoying the process...

Otherwise, reading two unpublished manuscripts for book review later in the spring (one on gun violence and one on the history of the dollar, #856300)

hmmm code review and trying to get organized by making things more browsable: #876101
I'll probably deploy some changes today/tomorrow.
Currently deciding how I'll spend the rest of my week: either reviewing/merging bolt12 support or starting to refactor the core of how paid actions are work/stored.

Solving the problem of empty searches would be nice. 🤠 That's really stressful! I think there's already a ticket for that.

I hear that. We all have a kind of recency bias with picking what to work on - out latest frustration is the most important - but if that's the only criteria we use all the foundational stuff gets neglected. It's kind of like treating a symptom vs a disease. You kind of have to do both and we introduced a lot of new foundation over the last year that needs to be reinforced.
