The retail price for the paperback seems reasonable but with shipping to NZ its over $NZ50 for the paperback and they will not sell ebook to NZ customer. So might wait till its available on file share...

I hope he can get it published or distributed by someone like Saifedean Ammous' bookstore where we can pay in Bitcoin and more of the revenue goes to the author than Amazon.
