Quick note about Sweden and Norway. They are both divided into zones with different electricity prices. The north can have prices below 0.01 USD/kWh, while the south can be well over 0.01 USD/kWh (+ taxes and transfer costs). Both countries have abundant hydropower in the north, while the southern zones are exposed to high prices influenced by continental Europe (Germany). Prices are also highly variable due to the increasing share of wind and solar power.
