Due to not everyone having an attached wallet, we might find ourselves in a position to want to pay or get paid over lightning without using SN as the intermediary. If I created a bounty post and then paid the bounty off SN, is there any way for me to mark the bounty as paid? Should there be? (As I realize it's not verifiable by SN in any way).

We’d probably want a ternary state: verified paid, unverified paid, unpaid.
We made it like a normal zap so someone couldn’t create bounties, pay themselves after getting other people’s answers, then appear like they paid bounties.
