pull down to refresh

Since September last year, I have been eating the same breakfast 6 out of 7 days a week.
three eggs Half a bell pepper one Welsh onion three or four brown champinons all with salt and pepper.
I am quite satisfied with my breakfast!
But here comes the problem. My girlfriend wants to go on a Louwen diet for the last 6 weeks of her pregnancy. Basically close to a keto diet. So now I put her on my breakfast for 6 days and she already hates it! She needs fertility! She wants 4-5 different dishes to choose from.
So tomorrow morning we are going to try waffles with eggs, cottage cheese, almonds, vanilla and the toppings will be bananas and blueberries.
What do you eat for breakfast that is not based on wheat, rice, corn, potatoes and sugar?

I have been eating eggs for breakfast for years now. Depending where I am I will throw in platano if i'm in the tropics. Or a leftover piece of steak or some other meat. I also just throw in some ground beef if i feel like i need variety. But its always 3-4 scrambled eggs. But I'll eat bacon or prosciutto with it if its around.
Occasionally I make them sunny side up. All the variety needed.

Always the best! Not the best for our budget, unfortunately! But we do eat steak at least three times a week.

Yea steak is really expensive. You could maybe do a breakfast burger instead. Food like that is really heavy to start the day off with, but I don't minde once in a while.

Starting the day with a burger doesn't sound so bad! Never thought of that. Always been a lunch option for me.
Perfect breakfast!
