Since September last year, I have been eating the same breakfast 6 out of 7 days a week.
three eggs
Half a bell pepper
one Welsh onion
three or four brown champinons
all with salt and pepper.
I am quite satisfied with my breakfast!
But here comes the problem.
My girlfriend wants to go on a Louwen diet for the last 6 weeks of her pregnancy. Basically close to a keto diet. So now I put her on my breakfast for 6 days and she already hates it! She needs fertility! She wants 4-5 different dishes to choose from.
So tomorrow morning we are going to try waffles with eggs, cottage cheese, almonds, vanilla and the toppings will be bananas and blueberries.
What do you eat for breakfast that is not based on wheat, rice, corn, potatoes and sugar?
