Hello Stackers!
It's Monday so we're back doing "Meta Music Mondays" 😉.
From before the territory existed there was just one post a week in a ~meta take over. Now each month we have a different theme and bring music from that theme.
Welcome to Femmes Fatales 3!!!
I absolutely loved doing this last year so I'm bringing it back for round 3!
It's Femmes Fatales, where we celebrate women in ~Music. So let's have those ladies of the lung, the sirens of sound, our Femmes Fatales!
Man! I Feel like a Woman! Shania Twain!
Talk Music. Share Tracks. Zap Sats.

She's got a gorgeous voice. Id never heard of her before but I'm gunna guess (based on the style of the mic) 80s?

I think this was recorded in the early 70s. She also was a fantastic fingerstyle guitar player. This song was a huge hit. Soon after it's release she more or less stopped performing, got married, raised a family, and was never heard from again.

👊 great choice, not heard of her before, she's got great vocals.

I could be wrong, but maybe she's not very well known because she made her career in Broadway musicals.

A beautiful woman, with a beautiful voice.

Credit where it's due. She's more than just Travis Kelces Girlfriend. She's a helluva musician.

I don't think you have, I'm real glad you did. Awesome.

This is the most iconic song celebrating two women of different era. First listen a cover in the voice of a 9 year old
