since we've been uploading pics of the shopping carts, I thought why not do one for daily food consumed? since we have some stackers in exotic locations this might also be quite interesting.
usually, I think people that upload food pics are dickheads, unless it's for milking purposes on SN, in which case it's fine!
so, here's mine, weekday breakfast is always a protein shake + walnuts and raises, and the vitamin stack #846182 weekend breakfast is different, but I just hit this after the gym.
meal 2 is usually something smaller, was beef madras curry the other day
and then the final meal tends to be something bigger at 4pm, in this case, pork, some veg, sweet potatoes, and gravy
and that's it, the fast begins.
this works quite well for me at this stage of life, obviously we all go through different phases. on the weekends I will be looser on the fasting and basically eat what I want, and when, I get up way later also though so still probably get about 10 hours time-restricted eating.
Low carb and delicious!!

Considering your main competition is @realBitcoinDog and the hundreds of dollars he spends on soft drinks every week, there's really nothing to criticize here.
Since that's the exercise, though, I'll say that there's some research on protein shakes not being very good. It might be better to eat some eggs, or just more walnuts.

I think a lot depends on the brand, but they are my convenient vice, much like @realBitcoinDog's love of soda
