yes, no app and not planned currently
How can I log in if I signed up using nos2x and my nsec? As far as I can tell, SN doesn't allow for the user to use theirnsec
, rather uses NIP-05 or I assume thenos2x
browser add-on in this case could help.
Yes, we don't allow you to give us your nsec for security reasons.
On mobile, since you can't use a nostr signer extension like nos2x (NIP-07), you can only use a remote signer like nsec.app via NIP-46.
Is there a way for me to create credentials for SN at this point, or what would be the best way to go about this?
You should be able to enter your existing nsec into nsec.app and then create a connection in the app (a link that starts with bunker://). When you paste this link into the text input on the SN nostr login page, the app should prompt you to confirm the login.

Thanks. When I try to create the connection on nsec.app, it asks me for a
nostrconnect://
connection string that I assume should be provided by stacker news or come from stacker news, at least. I don't see anything about that in the Login with Nostr
section, however, only the bunker:// or NIP-05 mentions.reply

I see that and I am able to paste it into SN on mobile browser but it just gets stuck at
Waiting for authorization
and I see nothing on desktop browser where I hit Connect
after signing up on nsec.app. Not sure what I am missing...reply
