Sorry but most people who get in and out of pump and dumps know what the game is and they're trying to time it.

Those who get rekt are (and I say this with genuine sincerity and compassion) ignorant for participating in the first place. Having said that, we don't need daddy government or the SEC to swoop in and protect us.
