From a PR standpoint, I think the smartest path forward is to make cuts to the programs where the most malfeasance and corruption is.

Yeah they havent done enough to programs in my opinion. They have taken out all the probationary people across the board but certain programs are bloated AF and need to be streamlined. You can justify firing 50-100 people if you free up say $50-100 mil
