I don't know if this is accurate, but Davis was apparently quoted in an interview saying this:
“This is an insiders’ game. It’s an unregulated casino,” Hayden said, confirming that early buyers at a private dinner in Washington, D.C., were given access to Trump’s token before the public.

He definitely said that quote in a Coffeezilla interview. It's possible they got the reference mixed up, but it's also very possible that he's said that in multiple places.
