Canada is up 1-0 but given the US has not scored first in any game so far this tournament they are kinda at home. They have created opps just like Canada to score. The game is crazy physical

I have to wonder if he really is the leader though ya know? Did they give him the C because of his appeal or did he really actually get it.

I think this first shift with Canada sending out the skill players is going to tell us how Canada is going to respond. Tkachuk bothers are just menace and Canada doesnt seem to have a response (they should have had Tom Wilson on the team).

I am surprised Brady Tkachuk isn't the captain. I mean what has Auston Matthews ever done besides score a bunch of goals in the regular season and disappear in the playoffs and get eliminated round 1.

Hellebuyck is great. Goaltending is probably USA's biggest advantage in this game.

Would love to know why Cooper is sticking with Bennington. He hasnt been terrible but he hasnt been great and with short tournaments like this you need great
