Good diet plan! I'm a vegetarian but I know a bit about the benefits of meat. Does pork loin and chicken thighs don't have protein?

For me it's very difficult to be a vegetarian because I really like meat. Pork tenderloin and chicken are the source of protein in my meal. What's your diet? And have you achieved good results?
