Commitments (You're accountable)

As for my commitment, I've decreased my screen to > 6 hours on an average. I made a post about it here #892757.
Before leaving here's a great motivational video (if anyone's feeling down today) about the importance of consistency.
Now jump in the comments and let your fingers workout.
And as always...
Stay Happy and Healthy.

Celsius? You are practically Canada talking like that.

I wanted him to know what I was talking about. Yikes, that kind of politeness also sounds pretty Canadian.

Aight. Since we have this daily thread now I'll post my pushup tally here and leave Stacker Saloon for the memes, quotes and bad jokes :)
Day 497 of 100+ pushups per day; day 396 of 120+ pushups per day, sets breakdown: 50 normal/narrow, 22 side-to-side, 20 pseudo, 18 pike, 30 normal on fingertips, 30 wide; Total: 170

That's so nice of you. Thanks.

Don't be silly, of course not 🤣, she knows exactly what time my alarm goes off for work... But she doesn't understand what a weekend is yet 🤣🤣

🤣🤣 I've a dog, not I but I've in the house where I'm living now, she is a big deal at night. She is 3 years old but hasn't learnt when to stay silent. A little noise and she wakes up everyone. I wish you good luck that yours learn everything and don't ruin your quality sleeps.
reply
She's doing really well to be fair to her, we've not had her long and it's a big adjustment for her. But yeah, just like kids, quality sleep goes out the window for a little while.
Still getting sauna time in to help promote recovery. Issue with a Rib injury is I really can't do anything at all, everything requires core activation for proper form (yes even bicep curls).

Today is meal prep day for the week. No mashed potatoes and proteins this time—this week, all my meals will have rice and beans, roasted vegetables, and either pork loin or chicken thighs cooked in the air fryer, served with a simple lettuce and tomato salad.
Aiming for another 1kg down by Friday!
reply
Good diet plan! I'm a vegetarian but I know a bit about the benefits of meat. Does pork loin and chicken thighs don't have protein?
I'm sure you'll again get the job done. All the very best.

The math there is easy for a 5 year old, I don't know how old you're!

Remember that 5 is middle aged for a dog and they can only count to about 12.

And, you start it all again shameless uptail woof woof!
I get your point but did you get mine? We need to focus on numbers but in the way I described. I can't agree with you .. anymore. ..haha
reply
I like the simple numbers for targets.
We can aim to roughly breakeven in the short-term, through organic activity.
Long-term, I think the profitability of this territory will come from people boosting posts about their ~HealthAndFitness products and services.
My other territories have gotten a few boosts and it makes a big difference in revenue.
reply
Yrs, that's right. I don't have any disagreement with realbitcoindog's revenue posts. It's just my way of reminding all of us what we can do before we reach to sustainable profitability in any way.
I'm a bit impatient though. ;)
8.2k steps - two more days and my sats are safe
I'm only about 14 hours into my fast (just broke the dry portion). I would have done better, but the kid didn't finish much of her dinner and I didn't want it to get thrown out, so I ate a little later than normal.
reply
14 hours are not so less considering you're doing it daily. All the best for winning the challenge!

ah, fuck.... posted my thing in the wrong daily fitness post. Oh well; we can always double up! #893912
