Do you go on walks to get your steps in? For me, I have a cheat code. My work requires me to walk around a lot. A working day usually nets me 6k-8k steps, sometimes more. If I go for a run after a working day, I usually break 15k steps. And I typically break 20k on Sundays because of the Sunday long run.
