I don't have tinnitus, but I do the Carnivore diet, and listen/read a lot of carnivore content.
Tinnitus comes up occasionally, as one of the many problems that can be healed with carnivore. For instance, in this post, a couple people mention long-standing tinnitus being healed/reduced with the carnivore diet:
I have just learned to live with it. I worked as a pro musician for about a decade. I thought I was careful, but I guess it was bound to happen eventually. I was definitely more careful than all the musicians I used to play with.
