Hahah I am having issues with my swan account now. My account has been stuck since like December when they started this transition to Bakkt. Tried to contact customer service and nothing yet. So my DCA i thought was going on wasn’t for a number of months now.
I really wished bitcoin companies really focused on great customer service. That is where you win. I remember the early days if Amazon and how great their customer service was.

I had similar issues when they switched custodians last time. I had enough of Swan and closed my account.
