Good for Texas. I prefer individual States have bitcoin reserves than a federal bitcoin reserve. Let each state choose their path.

I don't think its going to have much material effect to be honest, however it does greenlight the idea.
Texas had been extremely Bitcoin friendly, I think they'll push it through quickly.
