Just got back from mountains. Was great! It was good to get out and do something that wasn't going to cause pain.
We'll see how this next week goes, hopefully I can start upping the intensity as I try to get into the gym again.
I think you shouldn't hit the for 1 more month. Just keep doing hiking or normal easy bit of workout. You can do Yoga for a while. There's no need to hurry up.
