living in cities safely & quietly will require great skill, and living in the countryside in comfort will require great skill as well. someone who is skilled in both environments, such as for rescuing urban stragglers or NPC's who are trying out the countryside without any training, will also have to be quite intelligent. i think every environment could benefit from skillful educators of how to live well.
