We came from a time when people used to be self-sufficient and make use of some extra time to do work at home, then moved into the factories in cities and started the long working hour, slowly to the office 9-5, then the digital nomad lifestyle and everyone wants to be content creators these days, I wonder what's next --> e.g., going back to live in the countryside and raise a family?

Most of people are clueless NPCs that will embrace the so called "15 min cities", like cattle.
Only few, those with big balls, brains and courage will start a homestead and live in peace.
We need to build those meshtadels...

living in cities safely & quietly will require great skill, and
living in the countryside in comfort will require great skill as well.
someone who is skilled in both environments, such as for rescuing urban stragglers or NPC's who are trying out the countryside without any training, will also have to be quite intelligent.
i think every environment could benefit from skillful educators of how to live well.
