I follow what happens there very closely and its a sectarian based system, they are even unable to form a government thus there is no decision on almost anything ..... in a nutshell the civil war lords dropped their weapons for them to get a political seat in a sectarian based government.
Locals dont have confidence in their currency and government and everyone deals and wants "fresh" dollar ..... so adopting btc by the govt under such circumstances is entirely misleading

The Lebanese government will never give up their fiat scam. No government would.
The only reason El Salvador adopted Bitcoin is because they didn't already have their own fiat money.
