Hopefully they can program them to have a shitty attitude. I like to have that authentic government employee experience whenever I have to interact with them.

I'm not proud to admit that I've been in very long arguments with bots on reddit, before I even knew that was a thing.
You're right, the program can be every bit as obnoxious as any government employee.
