30% of the zaps you get get split into the daily rewards pool and the territory owner of where you posted, so that's why you're seeing 70 when you get zapped 100.

And to clarify further, 30% is the sybil fee, to prevent folks from zapping themselves to raise in rankings and earn more rewards
