We're looking to bake something like this in Lightning.Pub, it creates alternative pubkeys for your node to act like an ephemeral proxy: https://github.com/benthecarman/translnd

Thought it an interesting hackathon project, not sure how well it will work at scale in production but seems like minimal overhead relatively. If it works well it would be useful for obfuscating the root key (Pub has an application pool accounting layer for creating virtual nodes for isolating disparate apps)
