A study of almost 38,000 adults finds that the more kids they had, the more synchronized the activity between certain brain regions became. The strongest association between the number of children and functional connectivity turned up in a brain network believed to aid in inferring others’ thoughts, researchers report in the March 4 Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. Coordinated activity within this network typically decreases with age, suggesting that child-rearing — which involves learning new skills — may provide long-lasting protection against brain aging
I agree with the brain activity keeping us young but physically it's a big NO lol. My 7 year drains me out 🤣🤣

Yay! You're doing a better job, my 5 months old drains me out physically. I think we gotta push harder and be sporty like the kids or to say at the least we can try to be the kids ourselves. Never say never!

I like to say that kids age you but also keep you young.

Haha! This seems so true. Don't we many times become kids with our kids? I've read your articles about parenthood, all say that @grayruby is still a kid when with his kids.

Absolutely.

The world of children is something incredible, many times as parents we forget that , since I became a father my way of seeing life has changed, I feel more active (or my children demand it, I don't know🤣) but I don't think my budget will make me happy if I have more than 4.
