I don't like going to the gym too. That's why I run outdoors in any weather. But resistance training is needed for a healthy body and also needed to prevent injuries, so I do those at home with body or free weight (dumbbells) exercises.

Honestly....I don't like to go to gym...It's to "static" and monotonous for me. Fortunately (because of my job) my daily steps are between 15-25k in every working days...so I think it's enough :)
