Day 520 of 100+ pushups per day; day 419 of 120+ pushups per day, sets breakdown: 4x36 normal/narrow, 12 pike; Total: 156
Memory hack... exercise, MCT oil, caffeine, nicotine :) Also: uninterrupted focus. Writing down the important stuff. Imagining teaching whatever you are studying/learning to someone else. Fasting can also help in certain circumstances.

Today is the day! Yes, it’s Saint Patrick’s Day, but it’s the 5 year anniversary of working remote due to Covid and me running outside everyday at least a 5k (5.5 mile average). A great day with sunlight and fresh air here. Sometimes you can turn a negative into a huge positive
