@k00b I was trying to make a demo using SN with Blixt WebLN. Is it well known issue that WebLN is not working well in SN? I just wanted to zap from my Blixt wallet, using their WebLN browser with SN. Steps to reproduce:
  • open Blixt, go to Lightning Browser
  • open SN and login with LN, with the same Blixt. Works just fine.
  • go to my SN account wallets and set WebLN active. Logs says OK settings saved, appeared the green icon.
  • I didn't set a receiving LN address, that will be tested later and I could use the same Blixt LN address provided and keep it in persistent mode.
  • I went to a comment and zapped few sats for testing, but it was paid with CCs instead of sats from the same Blixt wallet.
Is it something that I am missing?

Are you sure the receiver had a wallet attached?
reply
Seems that they haven't, I tried with 2 stackers @0xbitcoiner and @Jon_Hodl But yeah, now it works and pretty cool process.

Lightning Address? Yeah, I'm all set. Unless Coinos is being a pain, but I got sats earlier, no problem. In SN settings, there's a minimum amount to send sats instead of CCs.

@ek or @sox would be more familiar with WebLN. They've been the ones working on it recently.

Which comment did you zap? If the person does not have a receiving wallet attached, we will default to using your CCs and save your precious sats.

ah thank you sir to remind me that! definitely that was the problem. Now it worked, I just zapped you.
