Jeb Smith notes the benefits of decentralized political institutions, arguing that centralized authority is almost always detrimental to individual rights.
“Once power becomes centralized in the majority at the federal level they make super PACs with powerful interest groups. Money and power are transferred between these groups as they increasingly stack the deck in their favor and advertise to the voters they are vital to maintain. [...]
Centralized democracy claims to be for the commoner but is the opposite. The federal is the highest; it dictates to the states, who dictate to the towns and counties, who dictate to the powerless individual.”
Isn’t decentralization down to the point of the individual, nowadays, called anarchism? That is the point to where every individual decides what is best for him or her to do and then do it, accepting all responsibility for that decision. However, that will not be allowed by our overlords leaders, will it? Not complying, not consenting and not following arbitrary rules may be the way to live best.

Anarchism is the extreme value of decentralization, so it's good to push for as much decentralization as we can get while the term has a positive connotation to most people.
I agree that peaceful non-compliance is the best strategy.

I think that not consenting is the best, followed by not complying. The consent portion is very important to many of the psychopaths because they need your consent before they can inflict their damage on you without various blowbacks.
