I think that ***not consenting*** is the best, followed by not complying. The consent portion is very important to many of the psychopaths because they need your consent before they can inflict their damage on you without various blowbacks.

Anarchism is the extreme value of decentralization, so it's good to push for as much decentralization as we can get while the term has a positive connotation to most people. 

I agree that peaceful non-compliance is the best strategy.

Isn’t decentralization down to the point of the individual, nowadays, called anarchism? That is the point to where every individual decides what is best for him or her to do and then do it, accepting all responsibility for that decision. However, that will not be allowed by our ~overlords~ leaders, will it? Not complying, not consenting and not following arbitrary rules may be the way to live best.
