Thanks I'll look more into it. As far as I know the 'terms' for Russia are Ukrainian disarmament... while there are practically no concessions for Russia.
I'm not 'pro-Ukraine', but I still don't understand why Mr Trump puts so much pressure on Ukraine/Zelensky... with almost none on Russia/Putin. That's not what great negotiators do.
If I didn't know better, I would say that Mr Trump is being blackmailed by the Russian security/intelligence services. Crazier things have happened
That's correct, they want to don't want Ukraine to be the source for future trouble, and they will enforce its systematic disarmament.
I don't believe the idea that Mr Trump is being blackmailed by the Russians. We know now that the "Russia gate" was a hoax, as confirmed by the Muller commission a few years ago. IMHO, the reality is much more simpler, Russia is winning the war, and there is no amount of sanctions, pressure, weapons deliveries to Ukraine that will change the outcome of the war.
I encourage you to watch the video when you have time, I think it will address some of your questions.

That's my feeling too. Basically, we could escalate this all the way up to nuclear war, wipe out most of humanity, and Russia will end up holding that territory anyway.
People (at least for the time being) need to get over whether or not Russia should control that territory. Russia does control it and facts don't care about your feelings, as they say.

Russia is not a super power. The Russian people are amazing, some of the best, actually, with an incredible culture and history.
But "Russia" the country is a 3rd rate economy that's mostly oil and gas with almost zero proprietary industries.
When someone says that Russia is a "superpower" they lose all credibility sorry.

"Nuclear super power" is the claim. As I read that, the meaning is that they have enormous destructive capacity, not anything to do with their economic might.

Interesting. Will be interesting to see if the Germans and British and Poles get nukes too.
My understanding is that the French have them, the British sort of do (they have nuclear submarines SSNs) so why not the Germans too my understanding is that Germany is spending the most (?) on rearmament anyway.
Thanks. I have read elsewhere that Russia is winning... I don't believe that to not be true.
I'll check it out when I have time thank you.
