Pretty rad that I've been doing this reporting consiiiiistenly for ten weeks. (100 days of hatting was, like, yesterday #877087 — and now I'm at 144!)

Another week, another falling-behind-the-legend @Kontext. (Compare yourself to who you where yesterday...)
Saturday: We started off like CHAMPIONS at the gym, acing a new-ish yoga/calisthenic move (#914069), doing 118 pushups, and a full round of weights, pull-ups etc.
Sunday: taught yoga at studio + played a little afterward. Also 45 pushups (10 + 2x10 para + 5 elevated + 10 wide) Monday: chill and relax day, the healthiest thing I did all day was sitting outside and soaking up the spring sun! Tuesday: 3x10 = 30+ Judo practice (dude's getting better... #851054) Wednesday: 50 pushups and more sun! THursday: 77 pushups (weeeird number...) 4x10 + 1x15 + 2x5 + 10 parallettes + 2 archers + a Chris Heria core routine Friday 3x10 + 3x15... then just crunched out the rest of the missing ones just now(!), so I actually hit 100 for a change.

it felt like a bad week, "anecdotally," but looking at it now: huh, pretty OK actually!
