Brian Eno welcomes Zane Lowe into his studio to discuss generative art and the importance of consciously recentering creative expression in our lives.
The conversation begins with a discussion on capitalism and how it has impacted what sits at the center of our lives. From there, they move onto art as a form of discovery and generative art, before trying out Brian's Bloom Box.
This is great, definitely going to watch. Have just been reading his 1995 diary and am was wondering what his thoughts would be about all this technology happening to us today.

its, great he is such a brilliant mind, biggest take away I got was just sustaining creativity is all that should truly matter to an artist over the course of this life

Also, I have to say I bloody love Zane Lowe, though feel slightly sad that he has had to indulge in some absolute garbage music over at Apple Music, very far from what I perceived to be his roots at Radio 1.

I was always wary of his stuff when I was younger, it was just too weird, or maybe weirdly embedded in the establishment (a bit like U2 having one of their records released with a version of Windows), but reading about Eno's work from that time brings it all back into the realm of normalcy.

its tuff as an artist to make a living so I can understand having to make concessions to certain projects to make things work, in a lot of ways its why I hold Kubrick in such high regard because he was able to build within these concessions and/or constrains or when possible show an alternative path and prove it possible,
