I can pick players from any team or only from the team that i picked to win
3 players and two substitutes (in case one or two of your players aren't in the final 12) from one team or from both. All upto you. I've simplified it. Picking a batsmen, boer, and an all-rounder was a bit time taking and can be complex.
Now give me 1 team 3 players 2 substitutes *Subs will only be used in case one or two of your players muss the final 12 after the toss.

I think 3 players is better than 3 specific positions.

I thought about it and it seemed a bit complex.... So we have 3 players of any roles (Positions).

All counted. Every contribution will be counted be it by the ball or by the bat for every player.
