  1. no coffee
  2. finding 90 minutes per day spread apart to exercise

I think you can still have coffee as long as it’s a part of your diet program? Or did I miss that. My diet program will be 2000 calories only with the called out no alcohol or am I cheating doing that you think

Probably calorie restriction or intermittent fasting of some kind.

Yeah so I’d say black coffee would be fine on that as it is aiding your weight loss diet as long as you weren’t putting sugar milk or anything else
