Hi! I don't know if you're talking about push notifications but they're on track to be implemented PR #1856. Except for referral rewards, that's another story.

If you're talking about normal notifications, then I'll vanish in a bush

AFAIK when there's server issues it's usually Lucy's fault, and it doesn't get fixed until she does some 'splaining
